Had that happen last night while doing diagnostics. The real time diagnostics showed the actual voltage of the main battery as running low (12.00v) while I had system running but engine off. I jumped out and plugged in the battery charger and continued on with my thing.
If you have a multi meter, do a 12v load test on the main with engine off. I notice this high pitched throttle body noise when voltage is low.
