Jeep Parent Fiat Chrysler Agrees to Merger With Peugeot Owner PSA Group

This just in — Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and France’s PSA Group, which controls the Citroen, DS, Opel/Vauxhall and Peugeot brands, have just agreed to the terms of a merger today. The combined FCA and PSA entity creates an entity valued at $48.4 billion, which would be the fourth largest automaker in the world.
