Here is a helpful DIY writeup for the installation of the Mopar Trail Rail Cargo Management System on the Jeep Gladiator.
The kits includes a rail for each side of the bed (these are identical) and one for the front of the bed.
This install should be manageable by nearly everyone and should only take half an hour or so.
