The dealership told me they thought it could be the aux battery a few months ago. So I bypassed it. Issues persisted. I'm assuming my main battery is not the issue since some of my issues have been since day one.

Very boring SUV. My Mojave drives better on and off road IMO. I really hate vehicles with window switches on the door. Feels weird now. Backup camera almost useless on 4R. I've owned two, but prefer the JT.

You will be fine. You have been driving your Jeep for however long with no issues I presume. So drive it like you always do and whatever happens happens.
