Found a group on a local 4x4 Facebook page running Bald Mountain last Saturday. Never been to Bald Mountain before and figured it would be a good opportunity to get the JT off asphalt for the first time.
Had about 8 or 9 vehicles in the group, JK's, JL's, Toyotas, a new Bronco and a JT Rubicon.
Trail is perfect for stock Jeeps, probably the limit of what i'd be comfortable doing on the Factory 33's. Decent amount rocks and some deep water, but nothing too crazy. Group made an executive decision to remove the Bronco's running boards, which proved to be worth it later on in the trail. The views were awesome. If you're in the area and are considering going, definitely do. Would love to get a group together and run it again this summer.
