I've owned a '98 Cherokee, a '06 TJ, and now a '20 Gladiator. I have not had any issues with any of them. My experience with Jeeps has been 100% reliability - and fun! ?

2004 Wrangler TJ with no frills - manual transmission, no AC, no power locks or windows, no cruise control. The Gladiator still doesn't feel like a "real Jeep" after the old-school Wrangler, but I love it!

I switched between hard and soft tops about every 6 months on my 2003 Wrangler (TJ) for years, and have continued to do so on my Gladiator since 2019, with no issues. At least none that I would say are endemic to the design or practice of swapping tops. An occasional squeak or air-gap MAYBE...

Got mine in October 2019. Just under 6000 miles. No issues.

They used to say figure about a 30% loss the moment you drive it off the lot. I don't know how accurate that was / is, but I think in principle it's true - the decline in value is steep in the first months / years. Think of it this way - if you went to buy a used one with say 17k miles on it...

Looks great! I honestly thought that would be too much orange, but I like it. (I went with black top and fenders, and I like that too! :))

What brand of steps are those, and how do you like them. I'm still waiting, but I fully expect the wife to insist on some steps for my Punk'n Gladiator Rubicon. (Personally, I like watching her hike up her skirt to jump in. ;))
