So what i am doing to solve this issue is: I am ordering an Extra Cowl for the Mojave right side and use the Amfib Snorkle. What i will do is cut to fit more or less. The only issue will be the finish. I will post once i am done with it and let you know how it looks.
Ya now i am planning my vacation around snow melt. First thing i am going to do is Wild Bill since that is in
Lol Thanks for the encouragement just what i need people egging me on to spend lol. Anyone want some factory take off rims? I am tired of them in my garage and dont want to throw...
2.8 inch difference from just 35''s ... Now it is time to get 4.88 and 37''s then I am "done". Can you post the part number for me that you ordered so i know it will work with the Mojave.
This is with the 2in lift from FabTech. Rubicon steel bumper, hinge covers, Black Method Rims (5) of them, 35” tires.
Now I might have to get the 37”s soon. I am over dumping money in this thing lol.
The instructions where also AWEFUL! but if you are mechanically inclined you can piece them together. I didnt want to drop another grand on rims and i am in Montana so not a ton of rim shops up here. So i will just order some in and get rid of the spacers before i do anything crazy.
So just got the lift put on with the Fab tech steering stabilizer. It will be required to get off set rims. I contacted Fabtech and they said it was was required. I cant find any information on that. So i have to use spacers to use the lift with stock rims. I will post pics once I get this...
Just spoke to Fabtech they are going to make sure i have the part ASAP. Tony at Fabtech was amazing!!! They fixed the website also to include the Shock Extension Kit in the listed part numbers.
So I go to start to put the lift on today and start laying the parts out... Fabtech didn’t include the shock extensions.... So I have to get with them on Monday to figure out WTF happened.
That is what I was thinking also but the orange will make me look like an over the top Astros fan lol.
35/1250R-17/10 is the size of the tire I am using. Also putting on my winch this weekend. I cheaped out and got the Badlands winch from harbor freight figured 9k was enough with synthetic...
I already own a set of 35" KO2's so i am going to run them for a minute and then i am going with Geolander 37's. But I have the Blue Mojave and i want to either tie the orange in the Mojave or the Blue in the jeep into the rims. Right now still rocking stock.
Fabtech lift just arrived today. Waiting on the steering Stabilizer and the 2 inch offset for the wheels. Then done until I get to play with it... Will post pictures of the Mojave when I get it on this weekend.
