I have the truxedo pro x15. Little bit pricier than other options, but sits flat on the corners, is of very high quality and has a very low profile. Oh, and can be Installed with or without bedrails

Looks like a bad tape job to me. Whatever the case, I'd expect to have it fixed. You're not being unreasonable at all.

No luck. Even had the dealer replace them under warranty. Issue persists.

I work for another major auto manufacturer. I'm in an assembly plant. Not saying all places are the same, but if there are consistent issues with our car, we know all about it. I say that to say, they have to know, and are simply choosing not to address it.

Omg, such an annoying issue. Ive had it on both my front doors since the day I bought it. Even had the dealer swap the door catches, still not fixed. So annoying.
