This is more just a, what do you guys think it could be?
I bought some used rims, slapped what I thought were the correct tpms sensors in them with some new tires a few months back, turns out they were the old model tpms, so they dont work. No biggie, I ordered the correct ones, and haven't...
So the dreaded tick got me and due to my poor hearing it must have been going on for a while. At the same time I noticed mine, my mom's jeep also developed one.
This thread is going over the repair and, more importantly, how I am going to keep it from happening again.
My parents' experience...
I got the Magnunson installed and the preliminary tune is pretty good. Some fine tuning needed, I think I need to do some tuning in torque management. If I get on the throttle it will stumble and my fuel mix leans out. I will update as I do some trial and error.
Other than the stumbling...
Does the part number on the PCM mean anything when trying to determine if I have a GPEC5 or GPEC2a PCM?
I looked up the part number and mine is the same as the 2020 model. Looking deeper there are 2 different part numbers available for both 2021 and 2022.
