  1. Soot level went from 38 to 82 in minutes while driving.

After about 30 miles of mostly interstate driving the soot level displayed on my ScanGauge 2 read “38”. Within minutes of exiting the highway and slowing to 40 mph the soot level displayed jumped to “82” and according to the ScanGauge regeneration started. I continued driving and in about 8...
  2. DPF fitting not reconnected after dealer warranty work. What is it/is it a concern?

I had warranty work performed that required the DPF to be removed. A fitting was stripped in the process and the dealer installed a new DPF. I have driven about 2000 miles since then. Yesterday I noticed that a fitting at the rear of the DPF was not connected (see photos). I have not had any...
  3. What length bump stops are you using with the Clayton 2 1/2” Overland Plus lift?

The kit comes with 3” bump stops front and rear which seems to tall for a 2.5” lift. For those with this lift on your JT, what length bump stop are you using and...
  4. Rubicon front swaybar disconnect relocation

I’ve searched and have had no luck finding the post I’m looking for which is a post on how to rotate the Rubicon front swaybar disconnect mechanism so that you gain ground clearance. Thanks to everyone in advance. I promise I have searched with zero success.
  5. Anyone use AEV lift with Falcon SP2 3.3 shocks?

I’m thinking about pairing the AEV lift with the heavy duty springs (3” lift) with the Falcon SP2 3.3 shocks for a 2-3” lift (part #14-02-33-400-152). I would be installing the lift on a JTR diesel. I’m hoping someone else who has done this or knows someone who has done this or something similar...
  6. AEV 2.5-3.0” lift shock length

Does anyone know the extended and compressed length of the Bilstein shocks AEV uses in their 2.5 - 3.0” lifts? I called AEV and was told by the person I spoke with he didn’t have that information.
