Not to side track but how the heck did you get them to respond. I got 4 dam messages into them this past 12 days and they can't get off their butts! WTF. @DanaAftermarket.
1) Read the instructions twice.
2) line up all the tools the instructions say. Have a complete supply of metric sockets and wrenches. Esp in the 14mm-21mm sizes.
3) Give yourself 2 days, Sat and Sun. That way if you need to run out for a tool, no big deal.

I would say if the Relay is 30 amp, go for it, but use one of the two 15 amp AUX leads??? If was wiring my own switch to a relay I would have a 5 amp fuse on it???
Learn how to count down on the first wheel then do it for the rest,Count down while you air down. Start at 20-17 PSI. You may never need less then 17. Don't worry if you need 15 psi. Shovel. Buy all the other fun stuff you want but make wide turns, stay above the water lines till you know...
I never use the prop rod and always lay the hood back. Nice idea. The black hood decal I use for glare helps protect the paint, as well as a good slow movement.
I think the OP's friend's idea might look and work better if they went vertical with the hood, installed on the on the hood...
May all be true but. Jeep Cares helped me get full warranty coverage for 2-3 weeks in the shop for electrical issues on a 2020 JT Max Tow with 70K miles. Expired Warranty.
Bottom line at some of thes prices, i am better off (and awaiting a price) with an Ult Dana 44 new and I can do the swap easy. 3600 for mofo e locker install, no new gears. #NotMyCheckbook!
