I went on my trip and carried concealed. I'm confident in how to handle a bear encounter or any other wildlife. It's the morons who don't is why I carried the gun for protection if it ever came to it. Its best to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Went to GSMNP and surrounding area in NC and TN two weeks ago. Rode Heintooga Round Bottom and went to the Buzzards Roost. Just have a Sport S with Max Tow, 1.5 leveling kit, and Firestone MTs. Did dang good on the road to and from Buzzards Roost.

I have a full size 10mm pistol and concealed wont work out too well. One, dont have a IWB for it and two, Ive gained abit of weight over the years and dont want it poking into me.
