It is. When the truck is not pulled up far enough. At least that is what might solve the problem according to the picture. As previously pointed out, look at the angle of the nozzle.

Doesn't the Mopar warranty start from the in service date? As in if your vehicle is 2 years old you only have 3 years left on a 5 year extended warranty.

In MA the tires can stick out up to 2". More than that the gendarmes can nab you. Tho they seem to ignore it lately. Seems like every other pick up truck on the road has tires sticking out.
