Maybe go to Jeep Forum or Jeep Wrangler TJ Forum and see what they say about their parts and marketing. I have their track bar for my LJ Rubicon but haven’t installed yet.
Agree completely! Those, aftermarket steering stabilizers and high lift jacks are the biggest cash grabs from new and sometimes not so new Jeep owners.
Closely followed buy to many lights and light bars.
I would get the 35/11.5’s in the Load Range C. Load Range E is for a 1 ton, way to stiff for light truck. I have 37/12.5/17 Load Range D Trail Grapplers on my JK, great tire. I’ll probably go with the 35/11.5’s when the original tires wear out.
What terrain are you towing on, what rpm’s and gear are you in? I know these Pentastars need to rev to make power but it seems a bit high. I guess the A/S is more slippery than a lot of trailers.
Just over 4200 lbs. 20 gal water, 2 x20 lbs C3, fridge full, gear and beer. I’m wanting a bit bigger but sceptical about getting in the 5000 lbs range. We only drag it about 70 miles. I’d like to try a bit further this summer if I get weather and time. Pulls better than my JK on 37’s with 5.13s...
There’s no such thing as a steering stabilizer upgrade. You have one or you don’t. Did your last truck have a solid front axle?
I put a PR44 with Reid high steer knuckles on my JK in 2010, never did put a steering stabilizer on it. Hasn’t needed it. It’s a Huge sales gimmick. The stock one is...
The Alpine Bluetooth speaker rocks compared to the Marshall I have (which is pretty loud)
We just got a new Jeep speaker on warranty as the one that came with truck wouldn’t pair.
Low pinion is stronger in the back. High pinion is stronger up front. We’re putting an Aussie locker in the front of my brothers 92 YJ an I was surprised to see a high pinion D30 in it.
I’ve had a TeraFlex lift on my 07 JKU since 08. No unusual issues. I replaced a few of the control arm bushings over the years and need new shocks but it has 175,000km on it.
I’ll be looking at what Savvy/Currie has to offer when Wifey decides I can put something besides floor mats in her Rubi...
You should have seen my wife’s Billet silver one when you were heading out of Dawson Creek also then. Those red ones are still there.
How was the drive. We were up at Liard last summer.
