Welcome.
My parents have a place out in Bayboro near you. Anything fun to do out that way, I haven't really done much research out that way? I'm more into just exploring than mudding or rock crawling.
My son and I were up at Stone Mountain State Park and Doughton Recreation Area over the weekend. I drove past Thurmond Chatham Wildlife Management Area and the gate is open for hunting currently. I was planning on going up there sometime again to just drive the roads and check out the area as...
You're seeing lots because you're seeking confirmation of your fears. You need to actually think of the percentage of people that actually have these issues vs the ones that don't. Unfortunately forums and Facebook groups, etc. are going to make the issue seem larger than it actually is.
A 4xe Gladiator is the only thing I'd get excited for and consider trading my current Gladiator for. Being able to do most, if not all of my daily errands without having to use any gas would be amazing. Or running a short trail all electric, I'm in.
I took it to a dealership in Kernersville and they did an update, that was on Monday, so far so good. Last week the camera started working again after a couple days and it only froze once between when I posted this and when I went to the dealer.
Love Gravelmap.com. Found some fun, less traveled spots in CO using that. Great if you just want to go dirt road cruising. You do need to do some research though on some of the routes as it's a cycling focused site, so some of the routes may be off limits to motor vehicles.
I'm very happy with the gas mileage with this truck. I average 21 typically in my town and rural road driving. I was getting 16-17 in old Ridgeline and maybe 18 on the highway.
Yesterday on our trip from Winston-Salem, NC area to Wilkes-Barre, PA area. We were close to 26mpg in VA and Southern PA, then we got past Harrisburg and into the mountains.
Sounds similar to what's going on with mine. I've got an appointment for Monday next week with a local dealer in NC. A dealer I talked to here in PA said they've had a couple similar cases with a wrangler and a Gladiator and they ended up having to replace the whole head unit.
Yesterday my 8.4" Uconnect froze up completely twice. It did it once this morning. All three times it was on start up. And may have happened while I plugged in my android phone. Only thing I could think to do was to shut the truck off and let the radio time out. The FM would play until it timed...
Water proof blanket, tire inflator, jumper cables and a few little odds and ends. Under the seat I have a rain jacket and pants and a wide brimmed hat, ax, silky saw and some other misc. stuff I can't remember off the top of my head. All my tie straps and bail out stuff are in two bags on the...
Personally, I think the RL is the truck most people that feel they need to buy a truck should buy. Unless you're doing off road things, need more towing or payload or you're using it as a serious work truck, the RL is more than capable. I owned an 06 for 8 years, we bought it off of my...
I have both on my Overland. I didn't have any interest in the adaptive cruise package, but the package with the blind spot monitoring was a must for me. I'm glad I got the adaptive cruise package too, I use that feature all the time on the highway. It was great on the highways on my move from...
I know it's not a Gladiator channel, but I really enjoy Coyote Works. Really makes me want to go explore Oregon and sad that we moved to the east coast.
Any significant MPG difference with these. This is my biggest concern with getting a set of all terrains put on over the factory all seasons. I'm really enjoying getting 22mpg in a wheeled brick. And considering the overwhelming majority of my driving time is spent on pavement doing errands and...
