Hello!
Traded in the Gladiator,
The Shocks have around 25k miles, mostly on road with a few weekends of fun.
These Clayton are meant for the diesel, but served as a perfect leveling kit when used with a badlands winch and stubby rubicon bumper (ran on my Willys Gladiator).
Clayton put these...
Installed 285/75R17 Ko2s on stock 21 Willys wheels this week, slight rubbing on sway bar links at full lock. I havn't even done any flexing yet disconnected. This is with a level (around .5 rake)
How are you guys shoving so much tire with no rub?
I have an update!
installed fox 2.0 0-1.5 lift shocks and my issue is resolved.
Also… holy shit these shocks are amazing. Night and day difference in ride quality in high and low speed driving.
Has anyone actually experienced issues with synthetic rope rubbing against the bottom lip of the bumper through the fairlead? It makes sense that it could be an abrasion point but how serious is it in reality?

Currently running the knockoff steel bumper winch plate. My apex 12k has a little movement when i push on it.
Anyone get any movement with more reputable winch plates?
Could be a good time for me to upgrade ?

Jeep Wrangler JK/JL 1.5" Front Coil Springs, & Jeep Gladiator JT 0.5" Lift Front Coil Springs
title is misleading as they mean .5” on diesel JT, I got more of the JL result.

Recently put some Clayton 1.5” lift springs (final lift 2 inch for wrangler jl) up front to level after winch and steel bumper was installed on my willys.
Ride is great on road but if I hit an abrupt speed bump I get a clunk at the downtravel after the bump and while disconnected offroad I'm...
Not a bad idea, not much more expensive than DIY.
