Definitely doesn't "roll" up, the hard part will be the back carpet since its one giant piece. I think I'm going to accept a crease in the "middle" of that piece, then try to lay the rest flat. Seal it up in some garbage bags and store it in the attic.

Can confirm, sound reduction was noticeable to me. It is much thicker than the standard carpet, and it seems to cancel out the road noise. Not like sitting in a $70K+ car or anything but it certainly helps.

Nope, total overkill for me, I have ZERO plans to ever do rock crawling. Hauling gear and toys is why I bought a truck, if I wanted to crawl I would have bought a wrangler. Plus the $10K I saved goes a LOOOOONG way for the upgrades I want. Good question though.
