I never had a chance to install this on my 2023 JTRD before selling it. The box was opened only to take the pics. Local pickup(south central WI-Janesville) encouraged. Otherwise I will ship anywhere in the continental US for $100. If anyone needs additional pictures or has any questions, don't...
Hi All--I ended up selling my 2023 JTRD before I ever had a chance to use these. They have never been mounted and are unused in the original box. If anyone is relatively local to south-central WI(Janesville area) I would be more than happy to meet to drop them off. Otherwise $50 shipped anywhere...
I have a '23 JTRD pulling a 16' Airstream. I had yellow Super springs installed on the back--kind of a bumpstop. Dealing with the airbags on my previous 3.6 JT wasn't for me. I currently use a Mopar trailer brake controller with a Curt sway bar. It works ok for local trips, but I don't want to...
I have a 2023 JTRD that I bought new--the hinges are hardly a concern. It is the seams under the hood and at the base of the doors where the issues really manifest. I have had the truck about a year--the hood has already been replaced and the drivers door seam is now showing corrosion. Dealer...
It's a little like apples vs oranges when it comes to pricing over the last couple of years tho--A late 2023 diesel with a $65k MSRP is likely not a Rubicon and if it is, it has next to no options. The MSRP of my early 2023 was $5k less expensive than the MSRP of a late 2023 JTRD with the exact...
Geez--def take a xanex before you go trucking over to the dealership with your "demand" for a vehicle replacement!! With a little luck maybe they'll swap out your sport with a rubicon or Mojave--good luck:)
I started towing my 16' travel trailer(loaded weight is roughly 3400lbs) and my Gladiator with the 3.6 seemed to struggle considerably. That was with the stock wheels/tires. I don't know how you guys are towing heavier than that on 35" tires? Are you able to accelerate up heavy grades?
It is a deal--There's definitely going to be a difference between the a diesel Rubicon and a Rubicon with the 3.6. There's still around 250 of 2023 Rubicon models with the 3.6, so 30% off of 2 year old model should be expected when the 2025 version of the exact same models are going to be...
The well optioned Rubicon and Mojave 23's are pretty well picked over at this point. There are a lot of the white, black and grey left over that the dealers should be willing to deal on. Possibly wait until the end of the month??
It's easy--you need to buy the connector pack 68396618AB to plug into the cradle. Connect that to the attached 12V tap from quadratec and you're good to go. Mine is set up to use the cradle just to charge. No issues.........
Exact same position I was in when I bought my 2023. When Jeep announced the cancellation of the diesel, I figured it was now or never. I wanted to buy new because I wanted to be covered by the warranty as long as possible--The discounts made the decision a little easier..........
That's what I thought--I have yet to see a diesel as loaded as this one. They literally checked off every option package available. If it was sarge green with the saddle it would be the ultimate JTRD.......
Not a huge fan of the high velocity yellow, but with the saddle leather I could get on board with it. With over a $77k MSRP, whoever ordered this thing checked every box. If I was in the market for a diesel, this would probably be the one......

Regardless of the increased maintenance demand/expense surrounding the diesel, I'll NEVER go back to the 3.6 Pentastar. I traded my 2022 3.6 in for a 2023 3.0. After driving the diesel, the 3.6 just felt so anemic and boring. Even after hearing all of the horror stories, I just had to buy the...
None of what this special edition is about is surprising. I actually like the colors used on this one and the Katzkin seats opposed to the factory leather are of a better quality.
Jeep just did the exact same thing with the Far Out edition in 2023. I was all about getting that one until they...
The Katzkin optioned gladiators always came with the unstitched door panels and dash--one of the positives of that option. I had that stitched "leather" dash and door panels in my high altitude. IMHO that is what looked tacky and cheap. Red stitching all over a plastic dash--Seriously?? No...
