My Mojave did the same thing. It would rattle in the right rear when I went over bumps. The last time I rotated the tires, I sprayed synthetic lube on all the suspension joints. It went away and has not returned. So mine was in the suspension.
I had some squeaking in the right rear when I went over bumps. Thought I had a bad shock. Sprayed all the fittings, arms and spring seat with Super synthetic lube and no more squeaking! Wonder how many issues are suspension issues and not the shocks?
I am researching the same thing. I am going to get Mopar tube doors and want them powder coated or painted orange. Not a lot of info. Going to start looking at removing powder coating finishes.
I like my dealership!
However, I change my own oil and do a 5 tire rotation myself. It takes 10 minutes to change the oil and 30 minutes to do a 5 tire rotation. That way I do not have to worry if it was done correctly.
Have been a Spiderwebshade guy from my JK and JL days.

1. Can you get your hand in enough to unlock the Freedom panel handles? Any issues?
2. Can you put the JTKINI top on without taking off the hardtop?
Thanks men and ladies!
I have the ARB twin. Takes a few minutes to bring a 35x12.5x17 tire up from 18 to 36 psi. Mounted behind the back driver's side seat with an 813 mount/kit. Perfect for what we do!
The compressor gets hot but it is not touching anything. I just let the back seat down and there is plenty of ventilation. It is loud but it is usually about two minutes for each tire. I will have the 2 back doors open for the air line and that helps with the noise. So the noise to me and my...
I had that issue. Dealer was getting ready to replace a sensor when the "master mechanic" did a "Chrysler" reboot. Service guy said they let the air out of all the tires, did the reboot and filled tires back up. Everything working. So software problem.
Waggs.........I just rolled up the excess wiring harness. Some of the harness runs down next to the seat and then to the little plastic box. I crimped the lugs directly to the ARB wiring harness. With the 813 bracket, there is room under the switch plate. So just rolled it up and use...
