I put some lubricant on my key/locks that came with my rtic soft cooler that was for the zipper and my locks have been easy ever since. Before I did that they were awful. So that might be worth a try.

I had to do the same thing with my Clayton’s. I put them on the rear springs and no more squeak. And they were seated properly. I went with 034 as well. They said they have since updated their instructions to move the stock isolators to their springs.

I have a ikamper xcover 2.0 on mine. And it’s solid. Went wheeling in November with it and it did fine.
