For your sake I hope it's totaled. I say this probably not for the reasons you think. Somebody else may have said this, I didn't read all posts.
My wife's 2015 RHD JKU waws hit and $21.5K was done to it. Not Totaled. Reason, due to National back order of many many parts work was done as parts...
OP et al., I just had mine replaced this past Thursday at Safelite. They said the GG is much better than OEM stuff. That is their opinion. I was talking to the glass installer about it. His father owned where he works now until Safelite bought his father out. He likes the glass much better. He...
I may have missed it things or misunderstood thing as I read. It happens. However, if you are swapping car seats between vehicles and that is the issue, being difficulty ( been there done that) or; Is it just doesn't fit right for the JT...? Once sold a new purchase cause once my youngest turned...
How I justified my Gladiator;
!) by needing a new truck.
2) I live in the country.
3) My wife wanted it more than me!
4) There's not a four. Reason 3 trumps every reason.
My wife is a rural mail carrier. Rural is a subjective term. It just means the route can't be walked. She does about 30K miles a year. Driving the same roads a year. I have added lots of flashers to her RHD JKU. She comes home with tails of people flipping her off, almost rear-ending her (then...
I got mine from Amazon. I didn't get a Warn. It was even from the winch company's own store on Amazon. If I went to any other site I couldn't find this deal. It looked like they were using Amazon as their clearing house site. For this product at least. Here is what I purchased Smitybuilt X2O Now...
I use synthetic line on my 1998 Rock crawler ( if we can find rocks without mud) here in VT. As long as you keep the line covered it will hold up just fine. Also, wash your line (metal or synthetic) after usage. A decent neoprene winch cover will do the trick. Or you can pay for a better quality...
Hi all. Here is some information that might help explain the issues with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
My Son works for UPS as a driver, my wife works for USPS as rural carrier (with her RHD Jeep JK).
Fedex Ground is not really Fedex as we used to know it. FedEx ground is made up of the old Airborne...
Top reasons in MY experience...
#1 Wife wanted it!
#2 It made the wife happy
#3 See Reason #1 & #2
It actually works and works well. This can go for many tents though.. wait see reason #3 :)
Peace!
I am all set for now, as I have posted my setup. However, I did find this in my search for a RTT. I am wondering what it is like in real world situations. Winds, howling rains, and etc,.
I did like the fact it had the ability to "blow-up?" with different methods. Which made an onboard...
I have 15K miles on my 2020 Rubicon. With ACC, back up camera , and sensors. No lane departure sensors. I paid for them (am paying) for 1 reason, the life I save may be my own occupants. Wife, Mother, Kids (all adults), and grand kids.
That said, if I couldn't have afforded those safety...
Hi Folks,
If you truly are looking for places to wheel. I suggest joining a Jeep/4x4 club. They tend to know trails and have access to private land(s) that members own, manage, or other clubs own. Plus they have decades of knowledge on how to wheel safely.
In VT I belong to Vermont Jeep...
This is a ZRoadZ Both sides lift like a tail gate. I didn't get the tailgate option. I am not sure they offered it when I purchased this and I certainly did not pay this much for it. They say it is made in USA. Seems well made to me. Me and 1 other person had it on and together in an afternoon...
