Made this bed partition/grocery holder/plywood-drywall holder in between zoom meetings today (it was at lunch time! in case my boss asks - he owns a JL). Owner's Manual call for 2 2x4's but why go that route when you can use a 2x8 and trim 1/4" off of it.
