Should not have any suspension issues, horsepower rob will be minimal. You will pull lower gears more often than stock. Even with Max tow stock, I would never tow more than 6000# with this Jeep. And thats 6000# Loaded.
Would need to know what you mean by having both loaded for a regular camping trip. IMO, those numbers you showed would have been great for before loading your truck and camper. But you are very close. Ideally you want load distributed evenly front to back.

I have 35's on my Overland and am installing 488's next week. The 3.73 has noticeable power loss on Interstate. With the Auto8 I will have better crawl ratio and get better use of my 7th and 8th gear on the Highway. I'm sure it will improve fuel mileage also.
