Thanks @jac04. First I'll update my profile to read software engineering leader.... But secondly, its a great point on the off center pulls and fully agree on recovery points & guessing!!!
I have a 21' Mojave with a RR Arcus front bumper and 10k winch. I'd like to remove the winch from the plate and weld a 2" hitch receiver there. There is no bolt on hitch that fits Mojave (shock reservoirs) that I've found and I'm worried the bolt ons would negatively impact approach angle of...
@GLADHappy, how do you like your bedslide? Does the 75% extension bother you? Going with the CargoGlide XL for the 100% is more money than I want to pay but I often get caught in these "I should have just spent the money" situations. Thanks, E
I have a set I didn't use, happy to sell to you cheaper than from RR (they were $60 a set I think). They were never used but that are "Mojave orange". PM me if interested.
No, not required. No rubbing and to be honest I think it handles/rides better (not exactly sure what's better, I'll need more time). I just wanted a little more tire for off-road and this is perfect for now.
Are you happy? I have same truck, same tires and just got my kit... but struggling. I like the look but want the clearance for off-road. I'm worried it will be too high? I'll also add that I have a winch on front and getting ARE cap on the back so maybe lift will slightly less due to weight.
In Raleigh area. Got new tires last week. Will post pictures when I get the stack home.
Selling all 5 tires (no damage) for $600. ~3500 miles of 4, spare unused.
I ran 3 USB ports to dash. Highlights here, happy to answer any questions. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/21-granite-mojave-first-jeep.43142/
The day was split into two parts / paths with different instructors. For me the first half was trails, mud, some sliding. The second half was at a "rock formation" and steep hill. You practiced going up and down. The guide was teaching my son how to spot for me; lots of practice.
Here's a video...
TLDR - Great program for Jeep owners, worth money and time.
Attended Friday session last weekend and it was great. As a new Jeep owner I learned a ton, tried every combination of off-road options and felt more than comfortable to spend the rest of the weekend exploring Windrock Park; mostly...
