will send my vin to jeep cares to see if that helps get things fixed. note that i am not bitching about the service (they replaced the box with no arguing), i am just disappointed it...
yep-- had it too---
didnt know what the hell it wanted as it told me to shift to park then back to get it to go...it didnt
Thought somethings was broken.
turns out i had my door cracked open as i was just going to pull it into garage....would have been nice if it told me that was the issue...
on that same steering thought...think a steering dampener would help? or are those just for offroad?
--to be honest, i havent looked to see if it even has one...(overland stock mall crawler)

--note that i am not against it at all-- just not my bag, man...
got mine replaced-- did not seem to do much. still wanders.

stock truck
new steering box
just wanders the road
and since it wanders im always adjusting back and forth. not a huge deal, but seems like a much smaller wheel movement would be easier to keep it semi-straight. gotta move the wheel (more than expected) to get it to move, and then when it...
my only real complaint so far...steering. likes to wander

So i have the roll up Twill tonneau cover...kinda a coarse, canvas-y type material.
Do i need to do anything to "protect" this? like a waterproofer, etc?
how do you keep it clean? just the usual car wash soap annd water?
the instructions were written in Lego, and had no "care" instructions
