What is this feature they told you about that tells you when a police or emergency vehicle is coming down the road? Also so you’re telling me you just disconnected both batteries for 20ish min then reconnected and you were good to go?

Yes disconnected everything still did not work. Dealer even said it would not work. They said problem is uconnect is continuously sending a Signal to the car, so it’s keeping it “awake” and draining the battery. Only way to stop it is to disconnect the uconnect until there is a fix. For me...

Did you ever get any other updates? i have a 24 grand Cherokee it is happening to. Dealer said he has dozens of 24’s with same issues. Forgot name of the part but he disconnected the connect box in meantime until they can push thru a fix. we tried battery reset and nothing fixed it.
