yes on a 35 MT I rotate every oil change
I thought something had gotten stuck and tried hitting the largest bumps I could at speed on the highway to no avail... I will try a hammer on it today, but when we pulled the tires up there wasn’t any shot stuck to the tread surface that I noticed. It...
Anyone else have a vibration start shortly after owning the falken wildpeak MT’s? I’ve had 35x12.5 on my truck for ~6000 miles, bead balanced, no issues until the past weekend, in fact I would brag on how quiet and smooth the MT was over all of the other mud tires I’ve had.
Driving to TN this...
Found a lifted wrangler in the parking garage at gatlinburg TN this week...
On returning back to the truck to head out and another jeep found us
The youngest had a big day
Anybody have plans to go? This will be my first year attending and I’m curious how it usually goes. I know manufacturers booths will be up, is there usually show specials like the Sema show? If so are there any typical deep discounts? There’s things I’d like to have for my JT but I’m always on...
Yeah, I would send mine down the road in a heartbeat for a v8 (5.7 or 6.4), but I just searched autotrader to get an idea of the wrangler 392 price.... $75k - $90K ... F&@king really? I won’t pay that much for a wrangler or a gladiator with a v8... I don’t have that kind of cash to go that deep...
Had a 3500 cummins dually 8’bed I sold and bought a gladiator... there are times I miss my diesel, but I didn’t use it to it’s potential, I loved the gladiator when it first came out and wanted one bad... however I was fully intending on buying a 1/2 ton ram, when I got the deal on my jeep I...
They are, I have since changed my wheels but I’m still running those tires, I didn’t have any rub with the factory wheels, now I do at full flex with the kmc wheels, but it’s not hateful... I figure if I rip these fenders off that gives me an excuse to buy new ones
Mechanic by trade and if I were to give my opinion, I wouldn’t worry about the minimum breaking strength, go for the strongest you can afford (I don’t recommend hammering on any bolt with a stout impact for too long) but there will always be a situation where you need more power and never a...
installed a tri fold tonneau cover, wasn’t going to buy one but I got this one brand new for $26.00.... a whopping$203.00 less than new... fitment is ok since it’s specific to the jeep gladiator, but keeps everything dry on trips and for the money I paid I shall not complain
His and Hers, before my wheels and level... I’m digging this thread, just drove across the parking lot of the local grocery store to be sure to honk and wave like an idiot to a JT leaving the lot
Roughly 2” to the sidewalls, I’m assuming a 0 offset would take about an inch away and leave you with a teeny bit of tread sticking out plus sidewall cleats
@King Nothing - It is a max tow, and even with the 35’s I haven’t got any rub yet, after the clean wears off I’ll try to get a tire off the ground and see if it rubs (with the sway bar connected)
I’ll go take some now
*few short steps*
*snap*. *snap*.
*snap*- for good measure
It got a bath today so I figured I’d throw that in as well... these are -12 I couldn’t find a 0 offset... I don’t like a whole lot of poke, and when I installed these I was really nervous because I wasn’t sure I...
There’s the old pogue distillery (Maysville) and an old winery near Augusta KY but that’s an hour north of lex... but of course you’ve probably already been to KY by now... however for anyone else interested the old pogue does tours and is considered a good whiskey at home

There we go
*edit* -Texanjeeper did say they were the mopar part... but here’s the link anyway
Idk if the ones @texanjeeper has are factory but I do know the mopar overland running boards look just like them... they’re molded out around the fenders and are a flat step between them. I test drove an overland with them and actually dig the look vs a lot of aftermarket options. I’ll look for...
I like those running boards a lot, considered buying takeoffs just because they keep down on the mud and rocks that my tires tend to pack until 50mph or so?
