Well, I don't know if anyone can technically disclose the source. However, I guarantee others here in our community can/will at least confirm that this is not a rumor.
I ordered my son and I jackets last time around and they are great! Very pleased with them, can't wait for summer and chilly nights driving home from surf fishing.
Well its officially unofficial that Jeep is contemplating bringing to market the same tech that the upcoming Hummer truck will have. They are currently trying to determine if it would have enough interest and what price point to put it at.
Personally, I may be underpricing but I said I would...
I was there for the third radio swap yesterday and they were having issues. Supposedly the tech called Jeep and they told him to put the old one back in, they are coming out with a revised 8.4 unit to address the issues. Apparently, they will be in around the end of December.
Thanks!
Engine tear down was for GIJohns P-0300 code, not mine.
On a side note, talking with the service manager today on mine, he did suggest that FCA is more likely to do a buyback since its a Rubi.
Just an update, as I have turned 20k miles with the 35" Falken MT's.
These have been rotated as part of the Jeep Wave oil changes and they are wearing incredibly well! Believe it or not I still probably have more than half the tread life. I figured I would be buying new ones for winter but...
Well, just got back again from the dealership and they ordered a 3rd radio replacement. Which will make it a minimum of 8 trips to the dealership with the touchscreen not working.
Ugh, I didn't want to go back but attorney advised to document it every time.
I dropped my sliders off for powder coating yesterday. May be a little before I get them on with the uncertainty of whether this one is getting traded in for a 2021.

The oem harness to the PAC harness and used the RCA wires from the PAC device to the AMP. At the amp, I connected my speaker wires from the soundbar.
EDIT: Oh and with this soundbar and the HS10, the front speakers are fine as they are... LOL
I purchased the AP4-CH41 and the APH-CH01, and added the https://ds18.com/products/jeep-jl-loaded-soundbar-combo
I still have the APH-CH01 that went unused, and even after I get around to installing the Kicker HS10 I don't think I will use the CH01 for my premium system.
I have a video and I hear myself say "ouch," it was really loud. I wasn't going fast since I was in 4L but after watching I also misjudged the break-over angle.
Battle scars
Edit: I think this is where it happened...
Hey all, I was out yesterday and coming out of a water crossing I slid out of my line. Unfortunately, nailed a boulder at the peak. Should have gotten control arm bracket skid plates but hindsight’s 20/20.
Regardless, look at this pics and let me know what you think please. Drove the Jeep...
They were waiting for me when I got home yesterday from a little wheeling trip. Now to bring them in to get powder coated. Woot! These things are BUILT!
