Have Ordered from them pretty consistently for the past 10 years and only had 1 issue and all it took was a message via the wrangler forum to get it straight. Their chat feature is easy, forum sponsor messages or the 800 number are all ways to get in touch with them (never tried email)

Just bought mine and other than new rims (not a fan of the stock Sport rims) have no intention of modding anything. This is about my 10th Jeep and I've learned my lesson on tires/lifts/shiny things :)
