I bought a new model y performance in June and absolutely love it. No issues so far. Electric bill hasn't changed. My wife only puts 5-6k miles a year on her cars though. So far it's the fastest and most practical car I've ever had
I have no problem doing all those things at the same time in my house. Are you thinking this will be an issue in the future? Maybe the grid couldn't handle an overnight transition to EV but it's not going to happen overnight so the grid will grow as the transition occurs to accommodate. I'm sure...
Since it says the wrangler 4xe is getting refreshed too, I'd say it's a new setup. There's seems to be a lot of issues with the current 4xe battery and in the heavier gladiator it probably couldn't get the range they needed
My local dealer just posted a bunch of 2024 gladiators with pricing. Unfortunately window stickers do not show up yet to verify but I thought it was interesting...
I'm gonna guess bad wiring on the aftermarket stuff. If it was done by you you're probably out of luck. If it was all installed by the dealership you can probably fight them for the payout
Worst part is she agreed to try once and didn't even stall it the first time! We were up and rolling and then she panicked when coming to a stop and refused to ever try again. She did the hardest part perfectly!
I had to sell my gladiator since my wife wouldn't learn stick and we have a baby on the way. I'm back in my old f150. I miss the gladiator way more than I thought I would. Already saving to hopefully get a 4xe version in a year or two
Word. I don't trust marketing images either. The crazy ones Ford has put out lately prove that. The same color is offered on the lighting, f250, and f150 but their pictures makes it look completely different on all of them. I think it was azure gray
It's definitely anvil. Sting gray isn't even offered for 2024. It's just different lighting. You can see the warm goldish hue when the light hits it and the blue in the shaded parts
People say everything is impossible until it isn't. I've heard so many times in my life that somthing was impossible only to see it happen 10-20 years later I just ignore statements like that.
I had a '21 Texas trail for 8 months. Already traded it. The 7" screen was awful, the stereo was awful, halogen lights in 2022 are awful. The manual trans was the worst I've ever had. It looked nice though. I bet if I got a loaded mojave instead I'd still have it. Get what you want from the...
I could have but I bought it with the manual and non alpine bc it was what was on the lot and I liked the color and I've always loved manuals. My wife had a vehicle at the time and we didn't have a baby on the way like e do now. I was fine back then if she never learned to drive it. Things are...
This is probably true for most people but man I really miss my gladiator. I had to sell my manual trans gladiator earlier this year bc we have a baby on the way and the wife wanted a new car and refused to learn to drive the manual. I'm currently back in my old f150 and miss the open air...
I really hope the 4xe comes. I had a '22 but sold it bc the wife didn't want to learn to drive manual. It had no low end torque either and I hated the small 7" screen and poor stereo. A 4xe with the alpine stereo would solve all that. I'm dying to get back in a jeep but need a truck bed...
I had a '22 gladiator. Sold it bc I just didn't get enough of the features I wanted and the wife didn't want to learn to drive a manual. I would definitely consider another one if they would bring us the 4xe or hurricane. Even on the 2024 not being able to get 4.10s on the Willy's is frustrating...
