For ordering a JL/JT the dealer needs a wheel to spin indicating which hood is installed.
JL Rubicon: aluminum Rubicon or steel Mojave/392 performance hood.

OP the swap looks great a 392 is quite the driving experience. Since you opted to retain your Rubicon hood why not open the vents to reduce under hood temps?
Since it replaces the factory air tubes Helmholtz resonators you get more induction noise but it's not obnoxiously loud. Also the Afe air filter that it comes with is better than a K&N drop in filter.

Mojave hood works well for ventilation too. There are many ventilation hoods that have been used recently like for the Charger, Challenger,Durango,WK2 SRT & Limited X Grand Cherokee.
You could be crafty and use this for the Mojave hood cutoff the duct end and extend it through the rubber...
I suspect the V6 will be replaced by the 2.0 Hurricane EVO in the coming years. This will be a nice boost in power no pun intended. Ideally having the 3.0 Hurricane SO or HO as an option would be a game changer.

Mine makes that noise too. When pulling into my driveway when going over the curb at the entrance of the driveway. I thought that was a normal Mojave thing with the Fox hydraulic bump stops. Is that not the case?
