Just under 4 weeks of owning my JTR. AVG 16.8

Well, ended up having to forget Uconnect on the phone and cycle BT on/off/on on the phone then was able to repair. I love my JT but I sure am having several odd quirks with the Uconnect system.

Anyone else have their Uconnect totally forget any pairing with your phone? Whats even worse is when I go to re-pair...Uconnect never shows up on my phone's screen as "available" to pair. Maybe bluetooth in JT stopped working?

Hehe, you mean the camping craze? I love how things that have been around forever ....get "renamed" and all the sudden its the latest and greatest fad.

I found that mine works ok as long as the differential between actual and desired temp is not too great. But if its 85+ deg outside and climate is set to 65 it does not work very well. Seems to not realize it needs to blast air ..cold air...instead it seems to think I am willing to wait...

I had tube doors on my JK but maybe used them once or twice....most of the time I preferred just doorless. Not gonna fork over 1k for tube doors. Would however fork over more for real half doors with uppers that fit properly.

I live out on the east side of Orlando and work in the Research Park at UCF. I see maybe one other JT on my trips to and from work. Seen a handful in and around Oviedo area. White Rubicon in my neighborhood. Thus far I am the only Punk'n JT ive seen...few Punk'n JLs thou.

The power window thing got me LOL. My previous 3 jeeps were old roll up windows.....so even having Power Windows seemed luxury to me...yet to his wife....having to actually hold the button to go up or down seemed archaic. Back on topic....these clickbait articles about Gladiator "struggling"...

Yeah .. Showed my JTR to someone at work the other day... Said he really wanted one but wife put brakes on when she saw it did not have "proper" auto up/down windows for both front and rear. Amazing how little simple cheap things like that on at 50k+ vehicle most likely cost FCA a sale.

JT is my 4th Jeep and I have never had any issues in any of them turning off engine while in 4H or 4L.

Yeah its pretty much garbage. No way I would pay for it.

I use it with my phone and works just fine. No cables hanging over the dash this way and no windshield obstruction.

We need a thread on these forums where we can note good/positive dealer service departments. I know I have little faith in a few I have tried near me....would be nice to find one that I can trust.

Interesting to note...that FCA's new trim level for 2021 is an even pricier model than the Rubicon.

I maybe biased but I agree. By all accounts, they are not having problems selling Rubicons. Would be interesting to know what Jeep's metrics are per trim level in terms of sales expectations, etc. If they are meeting it on one trim level and not the others then price may not be the issue...
