Well, for one, it was all hands on deck for the JL, where now it's split between unfucking the JL and pre-unfucking the JT. I think it's still slightly possible the JT gets unveiled at LA, but I'm betting on Detroit or a stand alone event between LA & Detroit.

To be honest, I think that since this is a truly new vehicle, it's taking time to finish the last details of the design. Making rolling prototypes is MUCH easier than getting the comprehensive design ready for production. Also, the mules we are seeing, if the program is run properly, really...
