That is the only logical conclusion I can come to.

I personally have built multiple rigs, one VERY extensively and very hardcore. Custom suspension (not a kit), custom cage (again, not a kit) custom every-damn-thing. I loved doing it and learned a lot doing so. I may build another one day when time allows. If I do, it’ll start as a sport for all...
Check out the dealer in Storm Lake, IA. He's on this forum. I was going to order with him, but then family loyalty got the best of me so I ordered through a family member. They got close enough to call it good after accounting for the time and expenses driving up to get it from KC, but still...
My dealer texted me Friday night to tell me mine was at the local “mixing center” so it should be soon, unless I have the misfortune of being like that one guy who saw his sit in that phase for 3 weeks. That would blow.
They are all driver-quality rides for the most part. The Camaro is in quite a bit better condition than the C10 but still not a show car. I like to drive them.
Same! I ordered mine on 12/19, sold my current truck on 12/30 and have been using my wife's 4Runner or our lowered '72 C10 to haul the kids and run errands. Fortunately I'm working from home right now so it's not too big of a burden, but that will be ending fairly soon and I really don't want...
It's honestly impossible to say. I see people get theirs 2 days after the window sticker is printed and others, like myself, wait weeks for no apparent reason. It is such an opaque process.
I just chatted with Jeep and they now have an updated delivery window that has shifted 1 day further out. Same 2-week window, but shifted from 2/24-3/10 to 2/25-3/11. My gut tells me this is a bad sign and I'll not get it until late March or early April. It has been released for shipping...
Not yet, but that is my plan as well. I ordered my rig without the soft top because realistically I need the security of the hard top and the premium to get the dual top option was dumb. I'm hoping someone comes up with a similar setup as this but that has the door surrounds and completely...
It's so weird how some people get such detailed info from JC and others don't. My info was:
- Parts are being gathered (several weeks)
- It's in scheduling for build (couple weeks)
- It's scheduled to build soon (2-3 days)
- It's built and ready for shipping with no finalized plan yet (2-3...
Dealer just said my truck has shipped with an ETA of 2/24 - 3/10! I was really hoping for it to be on my birthday (2/22) but I suppose a late birthday gift to my self is acceptable. LOL
Chat just told me that mine has been released from the factory and is awaiting shipment, but no ETA is listed. The dealer is off today so she can't look up their info right now.
I finally got my sticker on Saturday, and then build sheet showed up today. I assume from this point I’m probably 2ish weeks from shipping?
One thing I noticed is that several of the options have increased in price, increasing the MSRP by around $500 from what was priced on December 19, 2020...
I'm sure. My order was 12/19 and around 1/29 my dealer said it shifted to D1 status (in queue for scheduling) with a ship date of 2/11. This week I checked and there has been no change to status or ship date, but being that it's tomorrow I'm confident it'll be at least a few more weeks.
I chatted with FCA today and they said "The materials necessary to build your vehicle have been received and the build is being scheduled. It should start the build process soon."
Maybe there is hope of receiving it in February still? :fingerscrossed:
