i use chemical guys tire sine on my daily (have never used tire shine on my JT) with an applicator and it never flings up....i spray it on the applicator not alot and just wipe it on

People have run their ARB compressor in the engine for years now (go to Africa and you will see Land Rovers and Toyotas with then installed in the engine bay)
