The car company does not have access to the PCM Datalogs unless the mfg gets to that unit OBD port to connect (perhaps ON Star could) to extract the data and you noted a Warrant is / should be required.

25 Model, should be under warranty.. back to the dealership and recommend having the ser mgr road test w/you onboard to clearly demonstrate what is happening. If I were to guess possibly a metal brake line rubbing and when pressurized creates the noise OR some sensor or servo on the ABS system.
Agree with cb4017.. experience has been at the tires, AT and MTs wear down they get more Noisy .. At 5/32's Yep More Noise. Being MTs, perhaps the tread pattern and wear are the culpit for the shake.
Putting ESC in the off position does a 80-90% stop of the operation. It does not; however, stop the Yawl Sensor from operation.. this is "Like" a gyroscope and when you get sideways with centrifugal
force; It will duplicate engine power shutdown like the ESC is operating. Strange the engine...
