Headed to the beach this summer with the family and a camper. I would like to be able to take the doors off once we are there and leave the doors at the campsite.
Hanging the doors in the garage is fairly easy, but on the road is a whole new dilemma. Anyone have ideas on how to leave the doors...
Fair Play. And with the hard top when it gets really nasty you can easily drive into the garage without worry. Hard top or soft top aside, we all have an incredibly capable vehicle we all love. That is why we are here.
Back to the OP, if you have a soft top, garage doors are a concern. This is...
I have seen some pretty amazing DIY racks and plenty of fairly expensive, for my budget, builds. Has anyone taken a cheap Amazon bed rack and added side panels?
I may be crazy posting here, but my ideal rack is something that I can remove the rear crossbar when needed and still be able to use...
True. You have no issues driving in the garage with the hard top. Thanks for letting us know. For us with soft tops who can easily put the top dow in the blink of an eye, and show off our man buns whenever we want, this is a concern.

Elegant...
Im a new owner and almost did that exact same thing a couple days ago but was fortunately saved by my fiance at the last minute. I'm glad your top is alright.
I'm not sure I will always remember and kind of worried I'm going to forget. I'm thinking a sign on the garage wall saying,
"Hey...
I Just joined the Billet Silver Club and love my JT! The silver color was never really on my list but after seeing the Willy's package in person, with the blacked out accents, I decided it was exactly what I was looking for.
I'm glad to be here! This is my first post. I have a Cherokee XJ that goes pretty much anywhere I feel comfortable going. In it we have been on the Alpine loop in Colorado and ventured into Moab on the easy trails. It has been my go to off road vehicle of choice for many years but I need a newer...
