THe taper is the same size yes, but the rod ends themselves are substantially larger than stock JL / JL rod ends, and notably larger than the common '1 ton rod ends' that many JK kits use with rod ends similar to those found on 1 ton GM trucks.

We do not offer a stabilizer mount currently, but any designed for a 2" rod will work. That said the system is compatible with the factory stabilizer setup out of the box.

The rod ends are outsourced. We machine the aluminum in house on our CNC lathe.

We realize that not everyones needs are the same, and that's fine. A less heavy duty rear bumper will work for a lot of people, and will most likely end up cheaper. BUT....if you are looking for something that will provide check all the boxes (Quality, Fitment, Function)...you have found it...
