I wouldn't change a damn thing if my Jeep steered like that. There was no way my Jeep ever behaved that way before I got the TSB done.
Do you have wheel spacers installed? From the pic, it looks like your wheels & tires stick out from the fenders a bit.
Agreed. Its no more than a fully optioned out package for eager customers who wanted to be one of the first to get a Gladiator. I bought mine off a dealer lot last November for the price I wanted to pay for it. At the time, the LE wheels & interior leather red stitched dash was nice compared...
Those rings are only on the JKs. The JL & JT doesn't have those so you don't need to worry about them. Been looking to get a set of Spidertrax as well since my 37" K02s mounted on stock LE wheels rub my LCA at full lock.
Yeah I would have to agree. Alignment isn't an issue. Mine was aligned by the dealer as part of the installation of the Mopar lift. The moment I got my 37"s on, the shaking started. Its not the alignment.
Had exact same symptoms as described by the OP after I got my 37" BFG K02s. Violent shaking at speeds approaching and over 60mph. Tire shop used dynamic balancing beads. Went back and forth to get them remounted each time adding more tire beads but nothing helped.
They finally sent me to an...
Subbing. This is exactly what I want to do as well. Can you confirm the part# for the both the driver and passenger side? I did a quick look up on the BAM web site and its priced under $50 which my guess is the price for only one mirror and not the pair.
@Jeepman_94
Do you know the part number just for the glass portion of the export mirror unit? I'm only interested in swapping out the NA glass with the wider convex Export glass (if its possible).
Looks great! How were you able to secure one from Roofnest being in Canada? When I inquired earlier this month, they told me they don't have a Canadian distributor yet and that its in the works for 2021.
Since the border is closed to non essential travel, I'm not able to drive over the...
Here's my story. I have a JTR with the Mopar lift, Mopar/Fox Steering Stabilizer and 37" K02s installed on stock wheels.
Dealership & FCA Canada rejected my claim for the TSB fix citing to the fact that I have an "aftermarket" lift installed. I reached out to JeepCares to seek guidance with...
So after JeepCares reached across the US-CAN border and schooled FCA Canada on how to treat a customer...
Two weeks ago, my case was escalated to a higher level FCA Canada rep who told me that the TSB was approved (originally denied due to having the Mopar Lift installed). Dealership called me...
Completely fair question. I can only share my story.
This is my first Jeep. When I first test drove a JTR, I noticed the wandering steering right away as I took it on the highway. Even the salesman made a comment of "Yeah...you have to get used to the loose steering at high speeds and on...
Okay. Thought I was missing something on how the PS fluid was removed/inserted into the reservoir. The spillage I've seen so far in the posted pics show an explosion of sort of the fluid vs. a bad pour job by the tech.
Either way, everyone should be checking their PS fluid levels and look out...
I'm seeing a few folks have issues with the power steering fluid getting spilled all over their engine bay after their dealership completes the TSB.
Why is this?
I will continue my story here. I was denied by both a dealership and FCA Canada for having the Mopar Lift installed. The lift was installed by the dealership and is deemed aftermarket by FCA so thus, they won't honour the TSB. Truck is 9 months old with less than 6000kms on it. Its...
