  1. Old School Spare Tire

I'm from the old school in that you don't put different size tires on your vehicle. Why the hell would my spare tire be a 17" while my Overland tires are 18"?
  2. My Rockhard 4x4 mid-width bumper arriving tomorrow

    Damn good looking bumper!
  3. Gladiator bumpers and winch options?

I had a ARB Deluxe Bumper with a bull bar and it was 150 lbs. , on my 2013 Wrangler, along with an ARB on the back. Gas mileage really suffered. I wanted something a lot lighter on my Gladiator so I ordered an aluminum buimper this time. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Going to put a...

  6. Weathertech Mud Flaps

Just ordered front and rear from WeatherTech.
  7. Gladiator and Defrost

We shouldn't have to buy anything to fix the problem! There should be a recall to correct the defroster.
  8. Is Tonneau Cover Necessary?

I watched an air tunnel test and I think they said that there was better airflow over the bed when there was a tonneau cover. I think it was a 3% improvement. You wouldn't notice the gas mileage improvement if it was that little of air flow improvement.
  9. Is Tonneau Cover Necessary?

Nothing is necessary until you need it! I like being prepared and love the looks of my hard panel tri fold.
  10. Anybody use this hole?

But lots of fun that way!

  13. Love your JT? Post here!

I have gone though two Wrangler Unlimiteds and this is absolutely the best! Yesterday, while on the interstate, a Wrangler Unlimited pulled up next to me and gave a thumbs up! Not the wave, but a thumbs up! You have to love it!
  14. For those that have the bad steering box...let's talk.

I needed to go to a local dealership and while there, I asked the service tech about it. I told him how I had to continuously correct the path of the vehicle on the interstate. He said there was an issue, but they had to test drive it and parts were on back order. Told me to make an appointment...
  15. Mopar Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover

Just went out and looked at the straps that secure each section when folded. Evidently, it is not intended to be raised to the back of the cab. The tie down straps cannot be attached when it is fully upright. There would be too much play in the strap, because you cannot tighten the strap enough.
  16. Mopar Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover

I wish it had come with prop rods to prevent it from resting on the back of the cab. I have been looking at ways to make my own. I would have preferred to have bought a cover that was equipped with them, but that wasn't an option. My Gladiator had a dealer installed soft top cover, and the only...
  17. Mopar Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover

You have to open the top, one section at a time starting from the tailgate. The tailgate must be open to access the tonneau lock and each section has it's own lock. You pull the wire to release the lock.
  18. Mopar Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover

There are two bolts that attach the front of the cover to the side rails. Remove them and slide the cover out of the track at the tailgate.
  19. Mopar Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover

It will open all the way to the cab. If you open it all the way, it has straps to hold it open. Struts would be nice, but I had to get the Mopar one. The dealership had installed a soft tonneau cover on it and I talked them into letting me pay the difference for the hard cover. They didn't have...
