I was stationed in California in the late 60's and I hated it. I did get a break from there when we were deployed for about nine months.

My best buddy, Kaiser, who was always by my side, ate something bad and I had to have him put to sleep on 05/17/21. He loved riding in the three Jeeps I have owned. Actually, they were his! He just let me drive them. Damn I hurt bad! Loved him very much and he was family to me.

As long as they took to fill the order, it should include free installation! :clap:

Quadratec's site says it is a pre-order and shipping starts May 23. I checked Reaper Off-Road and their site says it USUALLY ships in 24-48 hours, but it is $850.

I didn't see anything that indicated you can. You could contact the manufacturer (Made in the USA) Reaper Off-Road and check with them.

Figured it out, BUT! I got the gates and lock pin in the cylinder and everything was as it should be. With the key out, the gates stuck out and with the key in, the gates were flush with the lock cylinder. Aligned the cylinder with the lid lock opening, pushed it in and rotated it clockwise...

Dealer told me there was one in mine.

I dropped the lids off on Feb.6 and have been in weekly touch with the locksmith, who is well established in the community. I have stayed in weekly contact with him and he would tell me he thought he was close, but still trying to remove the cylinders without drilling. Friday, he told me he is...

You would think that they could have found another supplier, or it was enroute on a slow boat from China!

I placed my order on 02/01/21 and still waiting. From what I have read in other posts, it takes several months to get the product. :(

Great while it lasted! I wonder if Auto Anything was pressured into a price increase. Also, how many were sold for the lower price.
