Synergy sector brace installed along with the PSC steering box without the cylinder assist and the improvement was definitely night and day. I appreciate it, I can finally drive four hours without fighting the wandering issue.

Iβm running 37s on 5.13 Yukon gears, overland + Clayton 3.5 with falcon shocks and my steering is wandering all over the road at 6 degrees. Does the direct replacement PSC steering box make a night & day difference ?
Clayton states β Designed and tested allowing clearance for a 37"Nitto Trail grappler. All 37" tires should work, and some smaller 38" tires may work depending on actual tire size, and axle positioning. β I was curious if anyone tested 38s and which brand/ width were they. Any pictures ? Thanks !

WHEN I TURN THE WHEEL HARD AND MOVE FOWARD/REVERSE I HEAR A POPPING/ CRACKING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT NOW.
I PURCHASED FALCON 3.3S ALREADY, WAITING ON THE CLAYTON LIFT KIT TO COME IN NOW. I WANTED TO FIX THE SWAY ISSUE BEFORE INSTALLING AFTERMARKET PARTS BUT NOW I'M NOT USRE IF THATS POSSIBLE.
THE WEIRD THING IS, THE STEERING WHEEL DOESN'T SHAKE, THE BODY JUST ROLLS/SWAYS MORE AND MORE AGGRESIVELY. LEFT TO RIGHT. I GUESS UPGRADES ARE NEEDED BUT STOCK SUSPENSION SHOULD BE ABLE TO HOLD UP WITH THIS WEIGHT FOR MORE THEN 3,000 MILES.
I DID EMAIL LITIME AND ASK THEM IF I COULD MOUNT THE BATTERY ON THE SIDE AND THEY DID NOT SUGGEST IT, I WIND UP SETTING UP 2 100AH BATTERIES ON THE SIDES OF MY PULL OUT DRAWER SYSTEM I WILL TAKE PICTURES.
