Nice write up, and I am interested in the update. I will check what version I have prior to a possible brick. Wife would kill me, although you may get a good deal on a used gladiator with a broken radio . Do you know if you need to do anything if we have a Tazer hooked up? Should it be...
@Viper6bravo
I am using these and they haven't moved in over a year.

I bolted them to my lights. My lights had two holes, so I used two magnets per each, at 30#'s pulling pressure. They wont move.
for your reading pleasure.. depending on what model you have you may not have the curtesy lights like I did. But there are other ways.

Not sure what others are doing, I use a pressure washer to clean the gap.
There is a thread on here ...... where some have tucked thin rubber hose into the gap prior to wheeling, to keep small stones out that scratch the paint. Something like windshield washer hose. Not sure if that is the right...
First Gladiator..... also have a F250 Crew Cab on a 4" Carli Lift. Never had a problem with leaves getting between bed and cab. But thanks for asking and thank you for your service.
Hope this is posted in the right area.. So the gap between the bed and cab, in the fall had a ton of leaves stuck down there. I needed a stick and power washer to clean out the area. The maple seedlings are starting to fall. I wanted to keep the garbage out of the area.
Any thoughts on stuffing...
I am doing this (see link how to install... not mine).....as I also like the rock rails.
Bought the same steps on ebay for $87, but looks like pricing has gone up. Have not installed yet, waiting on nicer weather to roll around on the driveway...
Can you share a pic of the 2x4 with brackets? Wife and I have the same brand ebikes and same colors. They are nice. The kids tells we are cheating.... I am ok with that. Lets see where they are at in the 60's....
I have these, only needed one as I have a back rack. My paddle board is 11'6" and I wanted front support. My wife's is 10'4". We travel towing the gladiator behind an RV from MD to FL... The boards were double stacked.... No problems at all.

Since this upgrade is on my list, and I have read through most of this post. I'm not sure if I am spraying or double sided tape. I also found this video which at least suggest I am not using 3M, but most likely LLPT tape. I am sure there are other, just sharing as it was helpful.
Since this is bound to happen to someone else. Here is what I found out. Hope it helps.
You can use one of these kits, shop around, they may be cheaper:

Thanks @ShadowsPapa since my tow system works with out any power on in the jeep. I tried pressing hard on brake pedal and nothing comes through the plug. I may have to pull from rear. When I step on pedal brake lights come on just sitting in driveway. Was hoping OP responds too.
Although...
I know this is an older thread, but did this ever get figured out? Or has anyone else done something similar? Oh Great Gladiator wizards…..
I have the same tow bar system (ready brute elite 2) and recently had a cable failure. Therefore the brake wasn’t being applied. It was my fault...
There is more info here. I tapped directly into the wires. Not sure how the wiring in the sport vs Mojave is.

Window Screen - rear doors vents
These were an easy build if you need something like this...
https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/window-screen-rear-doors-vents.76451/
Not sure if this is technically a exterior mod... but not sure if it's a interior.. a window is in the middle.
I saw these someplace and living by the beach... greenheads and skeeters are a mess at times. We have an English Mastiff that makes the trip in cooler weather... Keeping the windows...
