Yeah…almost all headlights come from 2 or 3 manufacturers in China. You just pay a different price depending on who you buy them from.
I believe mine are rebranded by Rough County and Raxiom. Only difference is I paid a fraction of the price
If you want to retain your factory shocks, you will need these. They “lift” the shock to accommodate for the amount of lift.
If you choose to buy another shock , then you will not need them. Most likely you will only need a misalignment spacer…depending on brand and fitment
Does this happen when you apply the brakes “harder”? I would try different pressure at different speeds.

I just installed a set and now my driver side blinker comes on when i turn parking lights or headlight on ???? They work correctly in any other on mode..???? My driver side rear blinker does not flash when front is flashing. No codes on dash or tool....?????? Any ideas ?????

I’ve seen this lift up close…. yes it’s cheap but you get what you pay for…. and 37s look small.
There’s a Mojave by me at a dealer with this lift on it. I called a local shop to me and they installed the lift. They said guy wasn’t happy with ride and didn’t want to spend more money to fix...
