Looks great. I am not a fan of all the exposed wiring. Either doing this or wrapping with electrical tape so at least it is all blacked out.

Also I'd suggest looking into a stubby antenna. I got one off amazon. Super cheap and removes that garish large aluminum antenna. The stubby black one fist the aesthetic so much better and I have had zero problems with reception.

In regard In regards to #3 I got a very similar molle panel from JCR off road. High quality. Came with attachments for a hi jack lift. Importantly it also was easily mounted BEHIND the trail rail system that came with my gladiator. It fits extremely snug and have had zero issues with it.

Something to keep in mind. JCR's molle attaches BEHIND the trail rail system keeping that free for use. It appears this other molle panel mentioned uses the trail rail system which might be a draw back to many. (Says the guy who literally just ordered the JCR molle panel haha)
