Then rear shocks on my '22 JTR, Mopar lift and 37s just seems to po go on G outs on the freeway. Other than that the ride is really good. Anyone try the Fox Adj 2.5s with remote res on the rear or all 4. I don't want a stiff ride. Just a little more controlled in the rear.
I called up ARE and asked about the weight limits on their Classic line for the JT. They said that it could hold any weight that.a cross bar rack could hold. That includes a RTT. I told them that mine was not the one built for added weight. So it looks like I can add a RTT and awning on my ARE...
Just wondering how a tablet or I pad can give GPS location without any phone cell coverage. I want to get X Offroad or Gaia for off road where there is no cell coverage.
I noticed today that my voltage is going from 12.8 to 14.2 for no reason while running. It's the original pair of batteries and the ESS has been off for a while with the Tazer mini. Everything works and no codes or trouble lights. Today I drove 150 miles with it. Could they be starting to fail?
Anyone planning on going to the Overland Expo in Flagstaff Az? This will be my 3rd year and I love it. Everyone is there. Great prices. Lots of U tube people. Every possible mod for overlanding and more. I'll be there with my Bernese Mountain Dog.
I have 37s and 4.88s. When getting on the freeway it does just fine but does rev to 4500 or more so I shift it in manual mode before it hits 4000 and I like that better. By 6th I am doing about 70 and it gets there quickly. Is there anything wrong with doing that?
Like new Fusion 4x4 aluminum tie rod and drag link. Installed for about 200 miles. The ret of my build is Synergy so decided to go with that. Also have the steering stabalizer mount for the ti rod. Asking $600 for all. Can't ship it.
Just got back from a 4 day trip to Anza Borrego and really went everywhere. Really flexed it good. Got home with no issues. I was cleaning when I noticed something is missing, my new Fox ATS steering stabalizer is gone. Nothing left but the broken axle end of it. Look like it got loose on the...
I have a ARE cx camper that I love. But I would really like to add an awning to it of some type. Easy on and off mounting. Doesn't have to be large. My camper is not load rated but it is nice fiberglas. Thinking of adding some brackets to mount the awning when needed. Has anyone seen one or know...
I installed a Mopar 2 inch lift with the Fox 2.5 shocks. All has been well but I noticed when flexing the Jeep for possible new Accutune Fox shocks that the rear brake lines are fairly tight at full sag. The Accutune shocks are 1 inch longer. Has anyone else had a problem with the factory brake...
Just saw it on U tube. Brad of Trail Recon just got a new Gladiator Rubicon to mod into his desire. He is going to sell a Jeep to make room for it, wonder what one will go. Will be fun to watch his mods as I have already done many.
I am not a computer person at all. I bought a Tazer Mini as it was to be the easiest way to change tire and gears and TPMS. I have read the instructions more than once on line and I still don't really get it. Some of the terms are confusing. Marry, un marry, reboot, and all the rest. Having to...
My JTR is my DD mostly street. No heavy loads or towing. My Mopar 2 inch lift springs are OK but just wondering if there is a better riding spring. Seems everyone has a soft ride coil and claim the best ride. I like my 2 inch lift and don't want to go over 2 1/2. I will be having Accutune build...
I am wanting to do 37s and will possibly re do the suspension to do it. I want it to ride best on the highway and street. Cost is not factor but would like to keep it sane. Probably not coil overs. I am going to re gear to 4.88. I don't need to save $$ doing this so top quality is what I want...
I woke up with a 392 bug. I have a nice 22 JTR modded but I like the idea of the JL 392. I can aford one. I know it's a bit like apples and oranges. Just wondering if anyone here has done the + and - on them and can help me out. Looks like the MPG is the same or even better on the 392. Freeway...
