Glad I searched out and read this thread/your link. The page I had read was indicating it would just provide a 3/4" lift front and back. I want to keep the factory rake, but lift around 1" front and back. Curious to see how it turns out...
Same here brother. Saw a rig exactly like this in 2014 up on the alpine loop in Colorado. Wanted one ever since. Yet to pull the trigger on a gladiator though. Yours looks great. Is that stock on 35s?
Looks great! Keep us post on the lift. Pretty close to what I was thinking. I was thinking 35s and potentially a 1" spacer lift, front and back, if that's possible. I still want to keep some rake, as I plan to tow a little and will load down the bed from time to time.
Thanks for posting all of this. Best info I've been able to find on this particular subject. Was a little concerned about putting a 12.5" on a 7.5" wheel and hadn't even considered the 315. Certainly didn't know the 315/70 would be cheaper and you are right, almost $20/tire for BFG KM3.
One...
Good to know. Thanks. There are a couple Rubicons around me that have everything I want, except the cargo management group. Wondered if the bed outlet could be added without any problem.
Have you taken the gladiator on any of those yet? Looking to take a trip to Ouray this summer. I've done most of those trails (except Black Bear) in a Wrangler or side-by-side, but never anything as long as a Gladiator.
Awesome! Thanks for the reply. My biggest question/concern was whether or not it would handle the weight of tent on the trails and/or weight of two people sleeping up there. How much does your tent weigh?
Continuing to monitor this thread. I have a 2018 TRD Pro 4Runner that I love. With a 1 1/2 in lift and KO2's, it goes everywhere I want it to go without a problem. I just need a bed.
