    I am running 37" ProComp Tires on 17" rims with the 3.73 gears and an auto trans. I've taken it on some pretty gnarly trails without any issues. On the highway I'm usually in 6th gear @ 70mph. Fuel economy is ~16mpg. I plan to change my gears some day but it's definitely not neccessary to do...
  2. I'm getting old.

    I bought my JT Sport S off the lot. My local dealer had installed 20’s with 35x12.50 Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ’s. Love the tires HATE the rim size. They are OK for casual trail riding but I found out yesterday that there isn’t enough rubber to air them down for traction on rock covered trails.

    i thought I would start a thread for JT owners to share recommendations of shops known to be qualified to re-gear differentials. I’m running 35” tires and rarely does my auto trans shift into 8th and if it does it’s not there long. Can anyone recommend a shop in Wisconsin or Northern Illinois...
