See if a local shop has some scrap channel bar that you can use. That would give you the "U" shape that you need. Just a thought.

The Dealer should be the first point of contact, but I hate that route. Try and find someone at a local fab shop to install a new Riv-Nut if you can. Box frames do have there drawbacks.

Many thanks to the OP on this easy fix. I did it a little differently but it has the same basic result in making the JT quieter, especially when driving into the wind. We have a good 35MPH wind out of the south today and this made a marked difference in the noise level. These are easy to remove...

And you need to give up a center vent, is that correct?
