Alright, next up for the Gremlins....anyone have a high/medium pitched tone on fan level two? I brought it up and the dealer said the tech agreed the blower motor needs to be changed out. Swapped it out.......................and the noise is still there. I will attempt to record it with my...
That is probably it....but I did come out tonight and notice a fairly good size leak coming off the frame rail right under the driver door...might have something to do with the loose steering after they did the tsb.
Driving mine around town, I honestly don't feel any difference, which is a major bummer. I am trying to order a FOX Steering Stabilizer but they appears to be backordered everywhere or I gotta sell some organs to get it shipped to Hawaii....wonder if it might make a difference? I did see...
Well driving home from work today this popped up...."Service Electronic Stability Control"....anyone know what could be up? It goes in mañana.....for other work and now this.
Was just driving at 35 and it popped up. I wish I could say I was launching off a sweet jump.....but I wasn't. (yes I...
He said it 'wasn't really off' but the steering wheel is a bit off which is an easy fix.....and of course they want to charge me to change the wheels since their tooling won't fit.....no thanks.
My dealer installed, went to do the alignment on Thursday (14th) and couldn't get to it until Friday (15th). I was leaving on Vacation and needed the truck. They then called and said with the wheels I have, Black Rhino Arsenals, won't work with their alignment tools. I said ok, so what now...
Got the call mine is in while the truck is already in the shop, which is nice. I was going to get an alignment anyways after the lift install, but now it should be covered right? Service tech did mention that if they have to adjust the camber, it isn't covered for the TSB.
Thanks! I remember on my first Gladiator I had it done after and I recall the guy saying I don't think you need an alignment but we will do one anyway....$90 later.
I totally agree. Not only that, why the hell is FCA limiting the number of units shipped if THEY KNOW there is an issue? Is it going to have to take some serious accidents for this to turn into a recall where they will have to address this in a timely manner? Maybe that's a question for...
I have been waiting since November, and they have told me the same thing. The $hit thing is I bought the truck in October. I was told I am 8-10 on the list and they are getting 'maybe' one a month for steering boxes. I have my lift and 35s waiting but they say they won't do the steering box...
When my JT was totaled, I had about $11k of stuff added on. I never informed Geico on the add-ons, and if I had, it would have made everything much easier. Even though I wasn't at fault, I lost out. I am still fighting to get some money out of the other party but everyday that goes by I lose...
So I went in November 4th, dealer confirmed and ordered parts. Just followed up and they said I am about number 10 in line and they are receiving about 1 -2 a month for install. So, I am basically going to have to own this truck for a year before it is fixed. This is totally unacceptable...
